This NitroV stainless tuna cleaver is a hybrid version of a Taiwanese, fish knife. This blade is made to perform with insane edge retention due to the heat treatment and full convex-to-zeroa blade geometry. The handle is a nonslip ultrex g10 which has rubber layers infused for a perfect feel and great grip. 
Perfect for quartering Tuna and filleting taking off heads to fit in the fish box. Each one comes with a carbon Kydex Saya cover.
Every Knife is handmade by Greg Cimms in the USA! Each blade is rigorously tested by chopping pressure-treated 2x4's followed by a paper-cutting test to ensure there is no edge rolling or dulling.
